Umbrella Roaming Client

As a follow-up to my Cisco Umbrella post, the following will guide you through the Umbrella Roaming client installation for the Windows operating system (the Mac installation process is similar).

To start the installation (Windows), double-click on the .msi file and then click Next (this can also be scripted as a deployment via batch file) for enterprise deployments.

Next, select your destination folder (the default location is preferred)

Click Install to proceed below (keep in mind you may also be prompted with the Windows UAC, not pictured here)

The installation process is straightforward and should not take longer than 30 seconds to install.

The installation is complete.

The Cisco Umbrella Roaming client icon now appears in the Windows tray to confirm the installation was successful.
